Eggs are good food, if they are good food. The stuff from the grocery is sketchy, if it’s a regular grocery. The stuff from your friend who keeps chickens running around in her yard down the road, on the other hand, is hard to beat (heh) Enjoy them. It’s good stuff.
It’s true of most foods.
