Bah...

How am I supposed to start doing fun development projects with my new toy, if the MSDN site is broken.

On a side note, before it went all pear shaped, I did manage to grab some pretty cool “How To…” videos here. I’m going to be doing some random stuff for both me, and possibly work.

I’m not one for the MMORPG, but I used to play the original games of this1 with my brother and father… It used to be rather fun, although sometimes long… So this cross my eyes from Mythic Entertainment, so now I’m intrigued.

Chromy

So, I was going to hold off… but I cannot help it… the Google overlords are urging me to use their new browser Chrome. It’s been a might Google day, after I’ve spent a big chunk of today watching the hurricanes in the Atlantic, and the remains of Gustav, in Google Earth, courtesy of NOAA, and a gathering of other KML files.

As for Chrome, it looks interesting, very smooth. We’ll see how it handles to some road testing.

Bind, Dynamic Zones, and updates

I’ve recently moved my primary domain over to a dynamic zone. I did this to allow for me to do some tweaking remotely, and auto-updating (using keys) for certain DNS records so I can connect to my network at home if I want to access resources here. This led to an interesting issue with updating the zone files…
